OUR DOCTOR & STAFF
MEET DR. ROBIN MAYO
Dr. Robin Harrison Mayo would love to create a beautiful smile for you. She decided to specialize in Orthodontics at an early age. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in biology from Hampton University and her Doctorate from Howard University College of Dentistry. Upon graduation from dental school her unique dental career began. She became chief resident at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital where she did her general practice residency. Dr. Mayo was a contract Dentist for the U.S. Navy for 2 years serving at the Washington Navy Yard and Pentagon dental clinics. She later served as a general dentist for the Washington, DC community at Unity Health Care, a non-profit clinic, for 4 years.
Dr. Mayo moved to sunny Florida and became a clinical professor in dentistry at Florida State College for three years, in addition to serving one more year at the NASJAX Naval dental clinic. She stayed in Florida and graduated from Jacksonville University School of Orthodontics.
In Dr. Mayo’s free time she enjoys swimming, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
